This Is Hip Hop at DFC

Real Skills. Built Step by Step.

Students do not need to arrive already knowing these skills. They learn through Simple, progressive training that develops coordination, strength, confidence and body control over time.

Start With Foundations

Floorwork and Breaking movements are broken down into achievable steps so students can learn safely and understand how each skill works.

Build Strength and Control

As foundations improve, students begin connecting strength, balance and coordination into more challenging movement.

Experience Achievement

Progress happens through practice. Learning a skill that once felt difficult is one of the ways students begin building genuine confidence.

Further Development

DFC Performance / Conditioning

As students train and progress, selected dancers may be invited into additional Performance / Conditioning sessions.

These sessions provide additional opportunities to develop fitness, performance quality, movement control and stronger skills.

They are not general-entry classes. New students simply begin in their regular age-based Hip Hop class and build from there.

Invitation Only

Start With Hip Hop First.

There is no need to choose Performance / Conditioning when your child first joins DFC.

Consistent Hip Hop training comes first. Additional opportunities can then be introduced when appropriate for the individual student.
